QMC and QHub doesn't work

Hi everyone

I install Qlik Senser Server and all look okey but when the installation finish appears the next error

I check the services and up-run the serve of the engine, when I open the QMC the browser doesn't display anything

I make a troubleshooting of the error and i found that we need to import the CA to made that QMC works

Some one can validate this problem and solution please.

Hi,

Unfortunately concerning the Installation ./ Deployment threads, users must give as much informations as they can, because one detail can change everything when troobleshooting.

so can you tell us:

the version of the server ?

the installation type (shared/synchronized) and (single node/multi node) ?

the user that you used to install the server ?

some screen shot of the services (and the log-on properties of the services, if they match with the user used during the install) ?

The version of Qlik Sense Server : November 2017

OS Server: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

the installation type (shared/synchronized) and (single node/multi node) ?

Is a Single Node

I don't undestand the installation type but I think that is shared

the user that you used to install the server ?

Admin user of the server (qsense)

some screen shot of the services (and the log-on properties of the services, if they match with the user used during the install) ?

The only service that doesn't match with the user is the Repository Database

so change the creditentials of the Repository service for qsense user, apply and restart the services.

I change the Log on user and I restart the service of the Repository Database

Then I restart the Repository Service and send me the next issue

did you add qsuser using the directory with searching it or did you write it manually ?

verify that you put the correct password of the qsense user session

I copy and paste the user PROLAMSA_MTY\qsense like the other services and the password of the user

I'm stuck.. maybe there is some dependencies between the services ? did you try to restart the server ?

I suggested these steps because I had exactly the same problem (except that I did not have any alert after the installation.)

I found a service running using the local account, I changed it and it worked.

I think all services should start with the account (Admin) used during installation.

youssef.belloum‌ thanks for your help but the error is so funny we tryed to install Qlik Sense November 2017 in a server with WS2008 R2 and the version of sense 2017 works since WS2012.

Now we try to install the version of sense 3.0 because we don't have the lincese of WS2012.

So first to state the most obvious issue is that Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise is not a supported platform
