      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Gurus,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having issues opening all apps in my server; it keeps opening the circles without actually loading the app. I have tried opening without data to no avail as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the help I can get is welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
