Limit creating sheet

Hi everyone,

I would like to limit user to create sheet.

For example, i have 5 users and i would like user can create 3 sheets max.

It seems to me it's possible whith security rules but i don't succeed.

Not possible.

Either give access to user to create sheet or disable it in security rules.

May be modifying security rules helps but Qlik did not mention that
