Qlik Sense Logging service Error

We are using Qlik June 2018 version. After installation All the Windows services are working fine. Few days back the server went offline and restart the server and Logging service alone not started. Its popping the Below error message.

i have changed the pg_hba.conf file and try to restart the service still its failing.

That one only works if Windows application event log is showing PorstgreSQL errors:

FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host »<xxxx::xxxx:xxxx:xxxxx>«, user »qlogs_reader«, database »QLogs«, SSL off

Edit: remove all since "?_ga=" in the url, i don't know why it goes to that inexistant url
