Changing target type in QMC shortcut

Hi Qlikers,

When I open the QMC shortcut it open the wrong URL.

I would like to change it but we I go to QMC Properties -->Shortcut-->target

the "Target" value is disabled! see the picture attached

Does anyone know how to change it so when I open the QMC it will open the desired URL?
