Qlik Sense Installation fail

I was using Qlik Sense Desktop 2017 Sep. Yesterday, I tried to upgrade to 2018 Feb, but failed.

Then, I tried to install both 2017 Sep and 2018 Feb version, but failed.

Below is part of the log. Could anyone advise how I can resolve this? Thanks

where are you trying to install to?

I did not change to any specific path.

The default path it shown is C:\Users\A53883\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense

and what OS. I may not be much use as this is the Desktop and I am more familiar with Sense Server

Did you ever get this sorted?

I have the same issue in reverse. I cannot uninstall because of the Disablerollback being set to 0.

It is criving me nuts.

Hi to all!

Today I downloaded the newest QS Desktop (sept 2018) and tried to upgrade my current version. I failed 5 times with the same problems which you wrote above.

So my next trying was successfull - before installation I choosed "Run as administrator" by clicking the right mouse button on the .exe file.

Unfortunately, "Run as administrator" did not solve the problem...

I have installed the web plattaform installer

However, i can not installer Qlik Sense
