Qlik Sense Access Issue

Hi,

I am facing a login issue for Qlik sense hub. If my users try to login to the hub url they are prompted to enter their credentials and upon entering the same it never logs in.

Is there any workaround to give their id's the access by excel odbc as I am wondering that if I give access through excel odbc it will still want to authenticate the id's with the domain connector and still ask for login.

Hi,
How are they entering the usernames. It should be domainname\username if you have configured AD. If you have configured local users on Qlik Server then they need to enter qlikservername\username or .\username.

The other ways if to configure ADFS authentication using SAML. You will be able google and get the steps for that.
