Subject: Setup fail

The Qlik sense desktop installer failed to install, ref to screenshot below, My PC OS is window7 pro 32-bit.

1. Whether or not because 32-bit OS ?

2. Whether got 32-bit installer ?

It looks like you don't have the .NET framework installed. Check this link to download the installer.

Try running the install after you install the .NET framework and reboot.

Thank you for you quick reply and suggestion.

My PC already installed MS .NET framework up to version 4.5 long time before the Qlik sense desktop installation.

I think the version you're installing requires 64-bit windows. See the link below.
