cant see user under user allocation

Hey,

I have a server with 5 users, 4 of them are allocated.

The Last user appears under the users list but can't see him under user allocation list so he can't be allocated.

I unticked the 'Fetch user data on first access'

I also opened him a local user under 'computer managent' but it's not helping.

I tried to open the hub with the user so he is on the users list.

Hope for any clue.

Go to QMC--> User Directory Connectors -> Sync Users

I should check the icon 'sync user data for existing users' ?

I tried check and uncheck 'sync user data for existing users'

the user directory is not sync and is idle (no last successful update)

configured - no, operation -no

The error message is: user sync task failed: user directory is not configured or not operational.

Whats steps should be done to configure?
