Qlik Sense - Image/PDF exports hanging

Our Client of our is having issues with export to Image / PDF.

When users export a chart to image or pdf the process hangs and does not complete (see image below).

I've tried exporting images to jpeg and pdf, using both standard and custom options. The process hangs every time. If I run a data export of the same object it completes very quickly.

This only affects our production server. We are using QlikseSense February 2018 on both prod and dev servers. Looking at an export log on dev I can see entries for the export and store operations:

On production I don't see a log entry for the 'store' operation:

We have restarted the services on production but this did not resolve the issue.

Any ideas?
