QlikSenseDesktop Installation failed with 0x80070643 Windows 10 x64

Hello

I have Windows 10 Enterprise , x64 with Latest QlikSene Desktop 12.5.3.0.msi

But every time it failed with error 0x80070643 in the Log

Things I have already tried but NO success.

1. Run As Admin the .msi

2. Changed Registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\Personal

3. Tried to Different Path like C:\QlikSense\

4. The same .msi works with Other Users with Windows 10

5. I also clear all files in C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp & C:\ProgramData\ folders.

6. Tried to Install Dotnet framework 4.5 but it says already Installed.

Any help would be great Appreciated.
