      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a users is shown as "Inactive" in the Users list, can they still access a Qlik Sense environment and open dashboards? Let's say they are also licensed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
