Stream App level access control

Hi,

I want to control the app access within the stream based on the user group. the details of the requirement is given below.

I have stream called "Finance" within that there are 3 Apps (App1, App2, App3). For user 1 will have access to all the three apps, but for user 2, will have access to App1 and App3.

Let me know how to configure the security rule.
