Re-issuing SSL certificate in Qliksense

Hello Team,

I had SSL KEy for Qliksense for an year. IT expired, we re-issue same certificate. But after re-applying the same SSL, i am still having Https: as unsafe. Can anyone help em in this?

Go ahead and check the proxy security logs( program data \ qlik \ sense \ log \ proxy\ trace \ security.log) this will tell you in fact is a Qlik Sense cert issue and possible reason. IF this log describes that proxy service accepts the certificate, then the issue is back to the browser. What browser are you using that gets the error message? I am guessing Chrome or FF, if yes, test IE, not seeing the issue, then check this article:
