Conditional License Rules

Hi Experts,

I'am facing a tricky issue, here's the point:

We want to customize our Licence Allocation rule> We have two types of licences (Professional and Analyzer) and wo groups of users: Group A and Group B:

- Users from Goup A will always get a professional Licence (Simple rule)

- Users from Group B will get an Analyzer Licence, but if there are no more available, they should get a professional Licence without the right to Edit.

I am not sur that the second condition is possible via Qlik Sense Licence Rule. Does anyone have any idea about a solution ?

the license rule , only determine which license if any the user will get

you can use security rules to limit what user can do ,

but you'll need to disable the default rules , and write your own set of rules

Thx for the the reply. So, basicaly, I won't manage to set my Allocation rule (If no more Analyzer, give Professional).

About the security rule, I imagined that I would have to adapt my default rule.
