Hi Selma,

What is MyDomainName? does it refer to the central ; the Proxy1 or the proxy2?

Have you tried to connect via

https://central/qmc

https://centralIP/qmc

https://proxy1/qmc

https://proxy2/qmc

Don't forget to link your virtual proxies correctly

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/AdministerQSEoK/Content/Sense_QMC/link-virtual-proxy-to-proxy.htm

First always try from the server itself https://127.0.0.1/qmc or https://localhost/qmc

Then if this works, try remotely

Regards

I would try even the most basic, externally, see if you can even ping "https://MyDomainName" and check what IP is returning, is it the central node or any of the proxy nodes? Now confirm you can ping and the correct server, then check if port 443 is open. You may use this way with powershell:

https://support.qlik.com/articles/000019890

BR

Gio
