Connect to folder on NAS device

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to connect to a folder on NAS device?

I've tried "\\IP address\Folder name" and it doesn't work well. Also, the qlik sense server has authorization to access the NAS device.

However, still can't not create a folder connection.

Could anyone can help me up?

Just note, I never said to try that, I asked if this was mapped drive, since Qlik Sense does not support mapped drives.

Is this with Qlik Sense desktop or Qlik Sense Enterprise ( server). ?
