Hello all,

We have a multi-node deployment with today one proxy server (P1) linked to a SAML Virtual Proxy (VP1).

If I want to have another node serving as a second proxy server (P2) with SAML, what should I do?
-link proxy server P2 to existing SAML Virtual Proxy (VP1)?
-create another SAML Virtual Proxy (VP2) on the new proxy server (P2)?

Best regards,

edit : doing some archeology. Basically same question and no answer.... from 2015 O_o
https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Sense-Deployment-Management/Associated-Proxies-of-Virtual-Proxy-in-Qlik-Sense-Multi-Node-Env/td-p/967328
Simon

IMO you could link the SAML VP1 to the new proxy node. I would keep each node default virtual proxy. Then create a new one for SAML on the new node. Remember the SAML will require a 3rd party cert that you can make server specific.
