QS Professional License in a multinode site.

We have a QS Setup where we have development(Rim) , Prod(Central), Webnode(Rim).

When we are assigning license ,we are only able to authenticate users on Prod but when same user logs in to dev environment ,he does not gets license.

What could be the reason for it.

Its a NO AD environment,We have custom user directory that exist on web node.

Need urgent help on this.

What does your proxy and virtual proxy configuration look like?

sharing the Virtual Proxy.

we have web server node where ppl land and then we have Prod and Dev node.

On prod node we have SSL with a name to qlik site and on dev node there is no SSL.

I found out its the User directory where somthings wrong.

I have User directory on production that says Qliksense\User as custom directory name is.

when i am opening with DEV Link its going to company's domain\User

Why my Qliksense custom directory not working with dev.

So need to know why this is happening ,Is it because we have ssl on Prod and dont have ssl on Dev.
