Qlik Sense Sever Installation

I am trying to install Qlik Sense on a server and keep getting the message that "Other installation tasks are currently in Progress................................". Please see the attached message. I tried rebooting the server also. Tried running the setup on another machine also but same message. Can anyone help

Yo might need to contact your internal team to verify there is no other installation in process.

I dont see any current installations running on that server
