Qlik Sense QMC Issue

We are using Qlik Sense Nov 2019 Enterprise version and all of a sudden we are seeing some weired alphabets in QMC. Please see the attached screen shot.

Any idea what might be going on here.

I have seen this before, it has to do with MS browser, if you try it in chrome it will look ok?

no idea what is causing this in Edge!

I have noticed on both Chrome and MS edge that while the browser is still loading few such unknown characters; but that goes once the load is complete.

Basically the order of operations are:

Trusted Sites?
HTTP header problems?
GPO?
