Installation Failed

Hi guys, I'm new in Qlik Sense. This is my first time using this tool. During the installation this error occured so I unable to install it in my laptop. Anyone here have the solution to solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

Hello - Did you happen to start the installation by running the .exe as 'Administrator'?

This file pop up after I clicked at the log foler.

I did run as administrator but still failed to install.

Hi ‌Izzuddin Pauzi,

Once check the version compatibility, might be your running against your operating system version.

means your operating system which version 64 bit or 32 bit, download and install the same version Qlik Sense app.

My operating system is 64 bit. Still failed to install.

Any anti-virus software which could be blocking the installation process? Are you able to install any other software on that machine?

I think that i have same issue, i attached log file for you consideration. Please help me btw i changed path in regedit and i still have troubles.
