Inactive user is showing as active in QMC user list

Dear Experts,

We are fulling user's data from Active Directory, so one of user recently resigned and not showing in AD group but this inactive User is showing as Active in QMC. Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Hi,

Check if the AD sync is done properly or not.

Also check if that has been marked as inactive in AD.
