Task Schedule Default Time Zone

Hi. I've noticed our default time zone when creating tasks is defaulting to Reykjavik. Since this is GMT+0 and we're UK based, some of our users mistakenly assumed this would be fine. But since daylight savings changes are different between UK and Iceland we've seen issues this week with UK clocks changing.

I was wondering if it's possible to change the default time to UTC? There's a similar post on this here, but posts here suggest the default time should be UTC. Our server time zones are all configured to UTC.

I have checked the server and it is configured for GMT London but Tasks are scheduled in Reykjavik time Zone

Any ideas?
