moving QlikSense from 1 machine to another

Hello we already have Qlik Sense server functioning well on a server machine ONE
we bought a new machine server TWO and the machine ONE will be shut down

is it possible to restore the configurations and QVF files , tasks, security rules to the new Server machine?
what are the steps to follow to migrate Qlik Sense from ONE to TWO?
