Hi
We have performance issue, even after give the apps dedicated servers. I feel RAM/CPU is not the bottleneck.
Now I'm thinking about next steps.
Do you have any suggestion?

Best regards,

Susan

Thank you for your time!
We have dedicated servers for Qlik Sense. We have simplified a lot data model when moving to Qlik Sense from QlikView.
I cannot say whether data model is already perfect, as I'm not expert on it. But indeed, for large apps, opening, selections take long time. There are some heavy charts, but those are requested by customers.
I think the issue is typically with big apps & high number of concurrent users.
We currently loadbalance 3 apps in one server. Now I'm thinking to put 1 app per server... but then we will need a few Qlik Sense clusters to handle the amount of apps.

In the past month, our postgresql server is like this.
