That's not to do with tokens at all!
You don't need a token to access the QMC and you don't need a token to trigger the load task.
The user does not have the privilege to load the application.
You need to adjust the security roles to give this user the rights to load the application.

Hello guys,

Is it possible to launch task with an analyzer token on the Sense QMC?

For an OEM project, we have lots of analyzer token, but only one professional token. We have territory managers (with analyzer tokens)who need to launch several process via QMC, they can access without issues to the QMC but when they try to launch a task they've got this error message :

Is there a way to get around this limitation ? DO I made mistake on myt user configuration? They've got rootAdmin role to test without any limitation.

Thanks for your help,

Mickael Briet.

Have you changed any of the standard security rules for the root-admin role? That error is usually an indication that the user does not have rights on the task and/or the trigger and/or the app that needs reloading. I would suggest using the audit tool in QMC to verify this.
