Hi Everyone,

I have 4 apps that reloads every 4 hours. We are not encountering a problem before, but now whenever it runs, the memory always reaches around 98-100%. ALWAYS. We already allocated 64gb in memory and I don't know where to look and our tech team is not familiar with the Qlik Sense behavior, so I will greatly appreciate some inputs from you guys. Thank you so much and have a good day!

Regards

Hi,

I think you should work by dychotomy and try to find out which of the 4 apps cause the memory load.

Can you change the reload scheduler and analyze which one is the culprit?

chotana

Hi,

The longest time to load is when my RAW Extractor App is running - this is where they connect to database to get new data. do you think we have a database issue? can you help me if there is a way I can check the status of Qlik Sense I mean, I want to make sure that the Qlik Sense itself is not causing the issue, is there a way to confirm that? maybe logs? Thank you!
