Qlik Sense and Nprinting

Dear community, we have the following problem:

We have performed the integration between Qlik Sense and Nprinting correctly, with the aim of triggering a report with an OnDemand button.
However, when the call is executed from the dashboard (with the OnDemand button) a Windows authentication window is raised again.
The users involved have the appropriate licenses and are created in Nprinting with the appropriate permissions ( OnDemand ).
What could be the problem?
Are there any additional settings so that Qlik Sense does not request authentication again when running Nprinting OnDemand?

In addition to the previous problem, we also integrate QAP with NPrinting, with the same OnDemand Button in a mashup and we have the same problem.
Is there an official document that allows us to understand the possible peculiarities of the integration between QAP and NPrinting?

If I have all the requirements, the problem is for example: when we connect to the equipment (Notebook) with a user1 and then we enter QLIk Sense with User 2, the Ondemand reports remain with the User who entered the Equipment, not the one who entered Qlik Sense (user2)
