Story Mode Export Failure

I currently have an enterprise dashboard constructed using transposed tables, and I am experiencing failure when trying to export via Story Mode (to either PDF or PPT).

I've spoken with my IT department and they have been unable to uncover a solution; appears to be something to do with the printer drivers. I was wondering if anyone here has experienced a similar issue, and if so, what steps were taken to resolve this issue. Alternatively, if this is an issue that cannot be resolved, is there another Qlik extension that could be leverage to export my dashboard/table views?

Hi, I have the same problem with transposed tables. They are not visible when exporting from story to PDF. It`s just blank. Any help would be great!
