Restoring site with a different hostname - "Entering main startup phase.."

Hej,

I'm doing a simply one machine setup backup - restore to a machine with a different hostname as described: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Sense_Deployment/Restoring-a-site.htm

When running Repository.exe -bootstrap -standalone -restorehostname

I get stuck on "Entering main startup phase..."

Any ideas or pointers?

When I recently went through this I needed to (a) ensure that the Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher service was started and (b) restarted the Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher service to get things to go through.
