Qlik Sense log entries missing

Hi,

Recently we had an issue in which reload records for about 3 months were not available in the Reloads monitor app. We checked that suddenly the log entries count from the log databases got reduced from 1,461,576 to 764,665. We checked the postgres database and found there is a function called purge_archive_entries_helper(cutoff_in_hours integer) in the QLogs database. However,we are not sure from where this function is called. an anyone please let us know how the entries might have been deleted and how this function is being called.
