i found a question on internet about section acces in QS

In this demo the answer was provided: A.

My question why ? what is logic ?

And why not B ?

I'm agree with you, for me it should be answer B 🤔

in the comment there is the explanation :

the answer is B, since the * it means to the total in the section access table, namely NORTH, EAST, and WEST, and not to the table REGION
