      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a new environment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like nobody ever opened an application in this environment. Perhaps the reload of the Monitoring Application is failing. Can you check the reload task log? Potentially even attach it here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
