users access in hub

Hi all

In qmc i import users through excel file and give rights of dashboard... but when I try to login these users in hub I unable to login .. then I found that through excel users unable to enter in hub ,,

so how I create users on server and after giving rights these users must access to hub ...

right now when I click on "user directory connectors " and then click new I found these options

any help.

i mention that I am done with importing users from excel. and these excel users unable to login in hub

so now I want to create a user in server and want that users access to hub

Hi,

QlikSense never authenticates users, so if you import users from excel they have to be authenticated from somewhere else.

Default we send the authentication to Windows but this can be configured.
