Is there any way to implement Sheet level security without using QMC in Qlik Sense?

You could implement a different sheet setup per user by combining sheet show conditions with section access. (Show conditions on sheets is a new feature, make sure you have an up-to-date QS version installed)

1. Create a data island containing the sheets you want to control.

2. Reduce the content of that data island by section access.

3. Set up a show condition per sheet based on the content of that data island. If the sheet name is available in the data then display else hide the sheet.

Looks like Qlik has added this functionality in the latest patch 2021-Feb release.
