Sense governance collector ...404 No matching endpoint found

Hi,

We try to install qs-governance-collector for Qlik Sense, however the installation fails.

It gives an error Unhandled rejection Received error code: 404:: No matching endpoint found.

Looks like the web app as well as the agent did not install.

See screenshot for when the error message happens.

First time we gave a none default installation path.

A second time, after deinstallation, we tried the default path. But this seems not to be the issue.

Anyone any suggestion/idea?

Hi folks, I'm looking at that error and that's a weird one to get during the installation process.

Are you saying that after install you attempt to go to http://localhost:8591/governance/ui and thats when you get the 404?

What version of the Governance Collector? 2.1.1 released this morning.

No. We experienced this issue right after hitting the last "Next" button during the installation process using the .exe setup. We did not get to the instance where Windows console pops up and we are supposed to type the configuration parameters. Also tried executing the install.bat afterwards, as recommended, but same error occure.

The QlikEAPowerToolServiceDispatcher service is created, but it cannot be initiated.

What version of the Governance Collector? 2.1.1 released this morning.

This is version 2.1.0.0.

Any comment on this is appreciated! Thank you.

So if I understand what you are writing, the Qlik EA Powertools service dispatcher is not starting? If you go to services and attempt to restart it what happens? The service is listed correctly, but it won't start nor restart.

I assume this is because the installation did not entirely finish, so there must be something left behind.
