      <title>Cannot access QMC from public IP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We&amp;nbsp;have deployed QS&amp;nbsp;in an Amazon EC2 instance. The instance is connected to a load balancer, which provides a public IP&amp;nbsp; (&lt;A href="http://www.example.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.example.com&lt;/A&gt;) and acts as entry point for end users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users can access the Qlik Sense Hub from the&amp;nbsp;load balancer's public IP&amp;nbsp; but, when they try to open the QMC, receive a &lt;EM&gt;403: Forbidden&lt;/EM&gt; error. Access to the QMC through the server's private IP does work OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestion?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="403 error.png" style="width: 371px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/829i4CF47151C6EAADF7/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="403 error.png" alt="403 error.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
