Hi you need to first ask your license provider to change the license type to a Signed license and then apply it in the QMC.

Dear Qlik community,

I am really curious about multi-cloud deployments especially from Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows to Qlik Cloud Business. Sorry I have a lot of questions because the documentation is really sparse and our partners has not much experience with this.

Problem description

We have our instance of QSE in private network so we need to login into it through VPN. Unfortunately some people from our mother company cannot do that and they are using MacOS so thay cannot use desktpo. So we have been thinking about deploying one app to Qlik Sense Cloud throught Multi-Cloud deployment.

1) We bought QS licence a long time ago, and we have perpetual Pro and Analyzer users. Is it possible to use multi-cloud deployment with this licence?
2) According to docs - The source and target environments must share a common Identity Provider (IdP) so that Access Rights and licenses can be shared between the environments. Does it mean that user in Qlik Sense Cloud has to have a valid licence in Qlik Sense Enterprise?
3) I have been trying to follow tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YuxSaIevoZ4&list=PLkRFvjyuHFvJRNvxnRk_vRnbZOIAd1PKm&index=2but whenever I open https://eu.qlikcloud.com/qcs-config i get this error:

Unauthorized action

You are not authorized to make changes to this deployment

---
Does anybody have some experience with multi-cloud deployment? How your configuration looks like and how did you do that? What are pros and cons?

Thanks a lot
