Publish Apps to QSC using groupswithaccess or userswithaccess

Hi everyone,

We have setup a multicloud environment using OKTA as IdP and we are able to publish apps to our streams and QSC using distribution policies.

The issue is that we cannot publish apps for differents user's groups because the custom property needed to publish (groupswithaccess) only works with value "everyone", we don't know how or where define groups, we tried create them in OKTA groups but no succeeds so all users can see all Published Apps which is not a desired behaviour.

Using custom property (userswithaccess) is not working either using user's ID or user's Name.

anyone has something to share about it?

Hi,

we managed to get this to work with no problem using the groups created in Okta.

You need to make sure that you use a groups claim mapping under Application - Sign on (as below):

if you set the filter to regex and use .* all groups will be mapped into the groups claim
