Qlik Server Sizing

Greetings

I had done the Qlik server sizing for the following parameter with assumption of Source to qvf compression ratio of 80% and File size multiplier : 90% . But the RAM size is coming to exorbitant amount( Please check the XL sheet attached). Could you please help me with the sizing

Number of Apps	150
Number of Users	150
Concurrent Users Considered *	5
