How to set threshold parameters in settings.ini

Hi All,

We are facing "Engine is unavailable" issue when we reloading 2 apps each size is with 14 GB .

We want to Set Threshold Parameters for Settings.ini file in the Qliksense server file.
Our motive is to configure Telemetry Dashboard.
Please help us to how find the below values for my Qlik Environment?

Total RAM size of Windows server: 96 GB

Default values are for [Settings 7].ini:
[Settings 7]
ErrorPeakMemory=2147483648
WarningPeakMemory=1073741824
ErrorProcessTimeMs=60000
WarningProcessTimeMs=30000

I don't think changing the thresholds will solve your problem. Qlik files are compressed, so if you're running 2 x 14GB files with 96GB RAM, you're going to run out of memory very fast. The 'Engine is unavailable' error is because the server has run out of memory and the Engine Service has automatically stopped and restarted to purge memory.

For example, if file compression is at 2-3 x, that means when these files are reloaded they're using between 56-84GB of memory... and that is just for the reload. On a windows server there are a lot of other things chowing through your RAM.
