iPortal Install Virtual Proxy Isn't Created

Installing iPortal on our Dev and Test servers and both instances report that a virtual proxy already exists for it and it doesn't install. Are there any instructions on configuring the proxy manually? I think it mistakes the 'LogProxy' virtual proxy we setup for the iPortal one.

It also doesn't create the user directory connector.

The install doesn't fail and I can open the main page on the server https://myserver:3090/ but clicking on any of the users results in an error > Couldn't find virtual proxy derived from targetid

Any suggestions?
