Qliksense Load balancing issue

Hi ,

we have Qliksense single node environment ,we are having issue with Load balancing URL QMC and HUB is not working .

i have tried with https://<servername>/QMC and https://<servername>/HUB is working fine without issue.

by using load balancing url https://l<loadbalancing URL>/<authentication>/QMC and https://l<loadbalancing URL>/<authentication>/Hub is not working. we have configured all the settings SAML and authentications in virtual proxies QMC.

we have stuck the load balancing URL is not working .

please share your thoughts.

Hey Naresh,

What does the web browser say? Screenshot?

Practically, assuming the necessary ports are allowed, the only configuration needed for a DNS alias / load balanced URL, is going to be adding the DNS alias to the virtual proxy host white list (QMC > Virtual Proxies > Edit > Advanced) for any virtual proxies in use.

Thanks for your response .

please have a look an attached image about the error. when I am goinig to access the URL https://<load balanced>/iwad/QMC/ I am getting the error.

I have checked the QMC level at virtual proxy point and the load balance is added in (Advance tab ) white hot list.

like(loadbalance.apps.domain.com)

Please help me out . issue is n production.
