Google Workspace IP with Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS

Hi,

we try to use Google Workspace as Identity Provider with the Qlike Sense Enterprise SaaS but struggle to get it going.

Is there a step-by-step guide for setting this up? I followed the alternatives mentioned in this post with Google as oAuth IP. I've set up the IdP in Qlike Sense based on this source (https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/openid-connect) and after some validation errors it seems like I managed to get passed the validation. However the IdP is in status "inactive" in Qlik and I am not able to use the activate button as it is greyed out. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured out now why it did not activate the Google IdP in Qlik Sense.

I had another look at the Google guide https://cloud.google.com/identity-platform/docs/web/oidc and what I missed was to activate the billing account in Google Cloud. After I did this I went back to Qlik and re-ran the verification for my Google Identity Provider setup. Now it works 🙂
