Users can't duplicate apps from hub

Hi,

We have a set up where we have created a custom role for our super users. The super users have no access to the QMC but they are able to create and duplicate apps that they own.

However, for some reason they are not able to duplicate the apps consistently. Often they get the error "<app name> could not be duplicated"

We don't know why they get this error and why they only get it occasionally, but it's only the super users that get it.

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?

Hi,

Yes, all apps owned by super users are load balanced by a specific node while all other apps can be load balanced by any node (including the one that load balances super user apps)
