      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/72072"&gt;@Ann1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As mentioned in the other post I would go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;youruser&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Temp and check the installer log files. The latest log that does not have the rollback reference will be the one from the component that failed&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CQ2HSJTDg8&amp;amp;t=431s" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CQ2HSJTDg8&amp;amp;t=431s&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;+&amp;gt; check from 7:26 minute.&lt;BR /&gt;Then check on this log for "value 3". &lt;BR /&gt;It will show you the error that triggered the failure.&lt;BR /&gt;The next step when you are there would be to check our Knowledge base and community see if it is documented.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
