Hi,

In this type of situation, I would recommend to check first you can log in successfully with the service account to the Qlik sense server, in order to discard any issue with the account itself.

If you can login OK, I would proceed as follows:

- check the system repository log file located in %ProgramData%\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Trace, see if any error during the migration of the database. If you find errors look for a possible solution in support.qlik.com

- check the windows event viewer logs, first with the security log file, see if you have any audit failure concerning that domain account which could have been caused by a policy.

- check your server local security policy, see if a policy have been set to prevent the service account to run (example: deny log on as a service)

Best regards,

Alexis
