Hub Error: tunneling socket could not be established, statusCode=403

Hello everyone,

We are having problem reaching the Hub. QMC works fine.

But in the hub we get this error:

Error requesting "https://servername:4242/qrs/license/ " - Error: tunneling socket could not be established, statusCode=403

This is a single node environment. We configured the proxy in our server, also in services.conf file of ServiceDispatcher as described here:

When trying to reach https://hostname:4242/qrs/license/ from browser it also gives Access Denied http error 403. Not sure how to solve this.

We added the hostname to Host allow list on Virtual Proxy properties as well.

Any help is appreciated.

UPDATE:

Actually I missed the part where we need to reboot the server after the changes. After the reboot, it worked.
