Difficult in managment access for user

good moorning, i'm with difficult for managment de user, when I release only the catalog for the user, it doesn't appear for him, it only appears when I define that he is an Analytics Admin, or Atunent admin.

Can you give us more details on what you are trying to achieve? And please clarify what you mean by "when I release only the catalog for the user".

follows prints below a user, who has a space configured but the folder for him does not appear.

Thank you for the update.

I don't see any obvious issues with how you have configured the user. They should have full rights in the space as per your screenshot.

As such I think the best approach here would be to raise a case with support so we can take a closer look. Please see the article below for steps to do this:
